Meet Jonathan Kahn DVM
Dr. Kahn grew up on the east side of Cleveland and attended Miami University for undergraduate studies before receiving a Master of Science and his DVM degree from The Ohio State University in 2008. After two years of practice in Ohio his family relocated to Atlanta in 2010. He worked for VCA Peachtree Animal Hospital in Chamblee for three years before realizing his dream and opening Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital in spring of 2018.
Dr. Kahn lives in Brookhaven with his wife Stephanie, daughter Isabelle, son Alex, son Charlie, and dog Brutus who many say bears a striking resemblance to Scrappy-Doo. Dr. Kahn enjoys golf, travel, and rooting for Cleveland sports teams no matter how hopeless it inevitably is.

Tara is a native Texan, and transplant to the Atlanta area from Houston. Her love for animals began at a very early age, and her interest in working in the veterinary field was piqued while attending college at the University of Oklahoma. She has always seen the need for bridging the two worlds of medicine and hospitality and enjoys the rewarding challenges of leadership, problem-solving, and customer service. She strives for assuring that not only will our patients receive excellent veterinary care from our incredible team, but that pet parents experience top-notch client service and compassion as well.
When not at work, Tara enjoys new cooking challenges, spending time doing anything that involves being outdoors with her Labrador, Sid, and is an avid soccer and hockey fan.
